Coach Otis Williams (“Coach O”) has served as a Sports Performance Coach in Houston, Texas for over 15 years. With a background in a multitude of sports, Coach O has delivered elite skills and competitive mindsets to hundreds of athletes throughout his career. Working with a wide range of athletes, from youth to professional (including athletes in the NFL, MLB, CFL and NCAA), he has helped these athletes achieve not only their sports performance-related goals but guided them off the field towards healthy habits and lifestyles as well.
Most recently he’s been able to create a link between his training and nutrition to become a Certified Nutritional Coach. He currently resides in Oak Forest with his fiancé and 3 sons. “Athletes that can understand how their bodies work and function are, in my opinion, high performance athletes “ Working with Nexus since its inception, I’ve come to realize the great privilege it is to be part of something so unique. Everything from the faculty to the thoughtful programming to the students themselves is nothing short of exceptional. I am honored to be on the Nexus team and I am excited for a future of excellence at this academy. |
