What Is Media Day?
Media Day is a structured production experience designed to prepare our student-athletes for the environments they aspire to enter. Throughout the day, students participate in: live press conference interviews, locker room-style media sessions, professional headshots, action photography/videography, promotional video shoots and skill showcase filming. This experience strengthens confidence, refines communication, and cultivates professional presence — core elements of the Nexus development model.
