Nexus teacher
At Nexus, Mrs. Bujarski inspires students to think critically, communicate with confidence, and pursue excellence both in the classroom and on the field. A certified educator with a dynamic background in academics and athletics, she currently teaches Science, History, and Language Arts—bringing over a decade of experience and a deep passion for student growth. She began her teaching career in 2011, spending eight years in public education across all core subject areas. Before entering the classroom, she worked in the business sector, gaining valuable experience in marketing, customer service, and event planning. This professional foundation gives her a real-world perspective that enriches her teaching and connects classroom learning to life beyond school. Mrs. Bujarski earned her Bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis, where she also played varsity soccer (Go Bears!), and went on to complete a Master of Education in Early Childhood and Special Education at the University of Illinois at Chicago. A proud mother of four, Mrs. Bujarski became part of the Nexus family in 2024 when two of her sons joined the School. As a former student-athlete, she understands the balance between academics and athletics and is deeply committed to supporting Nexus students in their growth—both on and off the pitch. |
