Henry Costas is the Co-Founder of Nexus Futbol Agency and Nexus Futbol Academy. As an international scout, he is known for his ability to identify, prepare, and connect talent across South America, the United States, and Europe. His expertise in player evaluation and pathway planning shapes the scouting and projection process at Nexus, helping athletes understand their trajectory and what steps are needed to reach higher levels. Henry’s work is defined by discipline, structure, and a global understanding of the game.

Individual Player Management (IPM): Each student works under an Individual Development Coach (IDC) who tracks their progress across all dimensions — technical, tactical, physical, and mental.
